ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT OFFICER

Administration Support Officer works closely with Coordinator for our day-to-day business operation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

An enthusiastic personality that can be themselves and enjoy the time with our team, with the intent to keep them in the long term. The candidate should hold previous administrative experience within a professional corporate environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as patience and basic understanding of home care and nursing agency service.

In this role, you will be accountable for daily administrative tasks that will assist in the technical delivery of documentation for our current and future business. You will have involvement in the onboarding of new staff, new clients, current staff roster and clients management.

 

ABOUT YOU

    • Intermediate or above Microsoft Office skills.
    • Motivated and enthusiastic attitude.

    • Ability to take the initiative and work autonomously.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Support operation management to complete daily jobs include but not limited to:

    • Maintain accurate and up to date client and employee records
    • Check and ensure all shifts have been properly completed
    • Conduct pre-work orientation and safe practice training for new employees
    • Record any expenditures or charges as per bookings
    • Daily management handover report updating
    • Assist coordinator to communicate with staff, clients and facilities to complete particular jobs efficiently
