Immerse yourself in our friendly, diverse and welcoming community. Career Planners has been designed for school students excited by the many possibilities on offer at WeCare.

What are you good at? What are you passionate about? These events give you the chance to see how different career paths align to your unique talents and strengths. You’ll take a closer look at what life at WeCare is really like and develop an understanding of what each of our business areas does on a daily basis. As well as this, you’ll take part in some immersive case studies and employability skills sessions that’ll give you invaluable life tools to set you up for your future career.

Work Placement

You will be offered a varieties of work placement opportunities at WeCare. You’ll be a key part of our team - training and working alongside our first-year graduate intake. You’ll help us push boundaries by doing great work for our clients, you’ll be encouraged to be yourself and connect with colleagues across the business, and you’ll learn skills that will set you up for an exciting career.

You’ll be paid a competitive salary throughout your placement, you could be offered a permanent place in our company after work placement.
