Molly is the founder of WeCare Wellness Services with a Master degree in Health Management. She has vast amount of experience in clinical and business management. The Positions she had hold includes: Registered nurse, Tutor and clinical facilitator, Training Executive, Co-founder and Director of NDIS Services Provider.
Molly has more than 20 years international RN experience in both acute and aged care in China, Saudi Arabia and Australia. The Tutor and Clinical facilitator experience in the University with Bachelor of Nursing students enables her to follow the latest Ahpra and University standard to guide her students and staff to provide safe and adequate nursing care.
Molly has worked as Director of a NDIS provider for more than 3 years, participated in all aspects of the business operation from setting up the company; developing and using policy and procedures; participating as a key personnel in initial Services Provider registration audit and maintenance audit; staff recruitment, management and training; clients recruitment and management; establishing relationship with business partner to continuous business development strategies and plan.
She is a highly motivated and performance-driven professional with integrity and good character.

Bachelor of nursing graduated in 2017. Jason then engaged in preoperative service and specialised in Cardiac-thoracic, Neurology, Orthopaedic, urology, colorectal and robotic surgery. He has huge experience in looking after the elderly in Perioperative service. Jason expressed interested in Aged Care industry in 2019, and started working as community Registered Nurse since then. Jason is keen to help the elderly with his clinical expertise, skills, patience and warm attitude. Jason now is in charge of our operational department.
