New Graduate Nurse Training Program

WeCare Health Agency aims to deliver a wide variety of evidence-based training in Healthcare to support both New Graduates who missed out on a New Graduate Program and RNs/ENs who wish to return to Healthcare by partnering with leading Healthcare providers to ensure RNs/ENs receive the highest quality of clinical placement.

We run a variety of training programs, from general Medical/Surgical to more specialized programs such as Perioperative/Critical Care programs. Through our training programs and ongoing support, we aim to develop each RN/EN’s ability to think critically, problem solve and provide care that is of the highest quality, and as such to obtain employment opportunity successfully.
