New Graduate Nurse Training Program
WeCare Health Agency aims to deliver a wide variety of evidence-based training in Healthcare to support both New Graduates who missed out on a New Graduate Program and RNs/ENs who wish to return to Healthcare by partnering with leading Healthcare providers to ensure RNs/ENs receive the highest quality of clinical placement.
We run a variety of training programs, from general Medical/Surgical to more specialized programs such as Perioperative/Critical Care programs. Through our training programs and ongoing support, we aim to develop each RN/EN’s ability to think critically, problem solve and provide care that is of the highest quality, and as such to obtain employment opportunity successfully.
Our training packages are conducted face to face with a clinical placement component attached.

New graduated support worker training program
Provide new graduated support workers with essential competency trainings on required caring skills and professional knowledge. Provide buddy shifts for support workers to familiarise with working environment and essential skills for caring care recipients.
Alternative Placement Program—Paid
Certificate III students who completed Core Modules are welcome to apply SW position to provide Domestic Assistance or Social Support service in home care setting. Hours of Placement calculation and acceptance depends on Education Provider.
Re-entry RN with 450 hours “Recency of Practice”
Re-entry RN with 450 hours “Recency of Practice”
WeCare Health Agency has established professional connection with various Acute and Aged Care Facilities to deliver a wide variety of evidence-based training to support re-entry RNs with 450 hours “Recency of Practice” by providing intensive workshops and paid/unpaid clinical practice under supervision. Through our training programs and ongoing support, we aim to develop each RN ability to think critically, problem solve and provide care that is of the highest quality, and as such to get unconditional registration and job ready.
Details of program
Lengthen: 13 weeks including one week Intensive Workshop and 12 weeks clinical practice
Place of practice: Hospital or Aged Care Facility
Program Content:

- 1 week of in-class workshop, including theory and simulated practical learning with WeCare Wellness Qualified trainers.
- 12 weeks Clinical Placement tailored to RN individual registration conditions, (450 hours) of supervised practice at a facility pre-approved by AHPRA.
- Assist candidate RN to set up Supervised Practice Plan, and Supervision Arrangement and Anticipated Progression, provide one-week intensive workshop, facilitate RNs progress by regular facility visit and skills assessment, as well as ensuring Formative and Summative reports are collected and submitted to AHPRA within required timeframes.
