Established in 2021, WeCare Wellness is an Australian owned, private company that provides Aged Care, NDIS Care and Nursing Agency services throughout Sydney to a diverse range of clients. We’re an Approved Aged Care Provider committed to deliver unparalleled quality and flexible services to our Home Care Package (HCP) and private fee for services clients.

WeCare Wellness Aged Care services help with a range of personal, clinical and lifestyle needs while providing welcome companionship for ageing adults. Services include basic DA, PC and SS service to advance community Nursing services, as well as PT and OT service etc.. 

We pride ourselves on delivering tailored care to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families. Our ultimate goal is to support clients to remain at home and engaged in their local community. WeCare Wellness is on the journey of making foothold stronger across Sydney with a very high standard of services supplied to the healthcare sector.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be required to lead the marketing, sales and communications of WeCare Aged Care, to execute marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives to promote WeCare brand, build strong relationships with local communities and grow our aged care business.

You will be responsible for:

    • Develop, implement and review annual plans for HCP client recruitment;
    • Perform a variety of duties in intake, ongoing relationship, and care management of our existing HCP clients;
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them;
    • Generate, nurture, and convert leads through relationship management skills to build a strong network of new HCP clients;
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve growth and meet targets and profitability;
    • Marketing WeCare brand within the local community to grow the business, by building strong, lasting local partnerships which lead to referrals of new HCP clients;
    • Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities and potential risks;
    • Bringing in new HCP Participants for our Support Services, Day Programs and Support Coordination;
    • Provide regular reports on sales and business development activities;
    • Plan and organize all activities and events, including preparation of promotional flyers and any required materials;
    • Assist with maintaining WeCare’s digital presence by monitoring our social media posts and provide timely updates;
    • Produce premium quality marketing and sales collateral consistent with the WeCare brand guidelines;

 

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who has a passion for aged care sales & marketing and a strong team-first mentality. You are open-minded, embrace a culture of continuous learning and are curious to find new solutions to problems. You are an excellent communicator who prides yourself on your ability to develop and maintain great relationships. You’re a motivated self-starter who enjoys working independently as well as contributing collaboratively. You have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

    • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in aged care (especially HCP) clients recruitment sector including interact with My Aged Care portal, Centrelink, and other relevant service party and organisations.
    • Have business experience in marketing/sales/business development or demonstrated ability and confidence in the consultative sale of services.
    • Excellent communication skills, including highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life (Skills in Cantonese or Mandarin are not essential but will be a plus)
    • Knowledge of Care Management / Support Coordination in Aged Care and NDIS is highly regarded.
    • Diploma level or above qualification in community, aged, health or another discipline desirable
    • Extremely well organised and self-motivated with a high levels of initiative

    • Creative, enthusiastic with a premium customer service mentality.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Have proficient computer skills and flyer design ability.
    • Hold a current valid driver’s license.
    • A clear national police check upon role offer
